Goal
Stop asking the owner to be the glue. Unify the shop, the store, and the books — then explain what changed in language they already use.
What was built
A full business OS: sales at the counter and online, stock, customers, money in and out, and a quiet intelligence layer that recommends the next move. Arabic and English, built RTL-native, with the same inventory in both worlds.
